How does it work?

Our aim is to make securing your new hire as simple for you as possible – so here’s how it works!

  1. Let us know about your vacancy

If you have a job description already, simply email it across and we’ll get the job advert live on over 20 relevant jobsites. If not, just drop us a call on 0203 151 9891 to discuss your requirements and one of our team will write and optimise the advert for you.

  1. We start searching

Once we have your job advert, it will be assigned to one of our specialist resourcers who will review your needs and start searching over 500,000 CVs to find relevant candidates.

  1. We send you ONLY the relevant candidates

We screen the candidates we find and forward on only the relevant ones – directly to you.

  1. Assess the candidates

We will organise interviews and meetings with the candidates you would like to see, whatever your internal interview process may be.

  1. Make your hire

You choose the candidate for you and they accept your offer - Congratulations!  Only then will we apply our fee – no risk to you and a candidate guarantee so if it doesn’t work out in the first month, we’ll re-run the campaign free of charge. The fee is from £1,499 per hire - NOTE that this fee is dependant on the role type and the scope of candidate attraction required. Please call us to discuss. A higher fee may be required for specific roles to ensure that we can source good candidates.
