What is the cost of using TechnoRecruit?
There are two options. For a flat fee of only £649 +vat TechnoRecruit will guarantee to provide you with a pre agreed number of quality relevant CV's. Or for a simple flat fee of £1299 +vat we will guarantee you a placement from one of the candidates that we put forward. For contract vacancies, please do contact us to discuss further as this may be dependant on the contract length.

What jobsites will my advert be posted on?
Your advert will be posted on a number of generic and industry specific jobsites - well over ten in total and jobsites that are relevant to your sector and will attract the best candidates. We have used all the top jobsites in the past including Jobserve, Planet Recruit, Technojobs, Reed, Computing Careers, GAAP Web and many more.

Will I have a dedicated contact at TechnoRecruit?
Yes. You will not be dealing with an automated system in anyway. You will have a dedicated account manager who is not targeted on sales, only on customer service.

I have multiple vacancies. What is the cost?
Please contact us to discuss. We can offer discounts on long term contracts and discounts where you may be recruiting a number of people for the same role.

How long is your recruitment campaign for each vacancy?
This is for six weeks, unless it is filled prior to this. However we will work as quickly as possible to get your advert live and forward candidates.

Do you create the adverts?
Yes if you provide some criteria for the job or a job description we will write a job advert and optimise it so that relevant candidates will find the advert. We have experience in knowing what copy works well on each of the jobsites that we use.

Do you only recruit IT, Telecoms, Engineering and Electronics staff?
The majority of our recruitment is the sectors mentioned above as this is our speciality. However, due to the success of our business model, we have replicated it and successfully recruited accountants, administrators, marketing executives and many more job titles! If you have a vacancy that you are not sure is suitable, let us know and we will offer an honest assessment on whether we can help you.

We have an urgent requirement - how quickly do you forward candidates?
If you have an urgent requirement, we will work as quickly as possible to get your advert live and forward relevant candidates to you. The beauty of online recruitment is that with our existing access to jobsites, vacancies can be live in minutes and with the access that we have to CV's we can turn round assignments very quickly.

Will the candidates I receive be aware of my job?
Yes all candidates that are forwarded have been spoken to on the telephone. They have either applied through a job advert or been pro-actively sourced and spoken to about the job and willing to put themselves forward.

Do you arrange interviews?
Generally this is undertaken by our clients, however we can do this on your behalf once you have approved candidates.

Can't I just recruit myself?
Yes of course. Where we add value is that we know the online recruitment market very well. We have existing contracts with jobsites and access to large CV databases. So rather than you paying for one or two jobsites, your vacancy appears on many jobsites without any risk on your behalf. Plus we write an optimised job advert on your behalf and screen all candidates, saving you significant time resource.

How do you generate candidates and shortlists?
All our candidates that we put forward will have been screened and spoken to on the telephone. The candidates are sourced through job advertising and CV database searching.

Do you insist on being a sole supplier for a vacancy?
We look at each vacancy individually and give you an honest assessment. Often we will be the only company working on a vacancy. If there are multiple agencies already working on a vacancy, we are unlikely to get involved. We place around 75% of our vacancies. Recruitment agencies fees often take into account vacancies they haven't filled, where as we want to keep our costs to you very low.

How does your approach differ from that of a traditional recruitment agency?
We offer a flat fee instead of a percentage of salary. This normally means a significant cost saving. However the sources of candidates are often the same and the ultimate goal of placement of a relevant candidate is the same. Well over 80% of the time candidates can be sourced online as this is where they look for jobs. We look for the same criteria as recruitment agencies and have specialist recruitment knowledge to provide relevant quality candidates that has been proved many times. We do not meet candidates face to face prior to putting them forward.
